As Founder and President of RTH Custom Builders, Rick Harris has spent more than 25 years building a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful problem-solving, and uncompromising quality. Since founding RTH in 2011, he has led the company with a focus on high-end custom homes, complex renovations, and seamless additions that blend beautifully with the original character of a home. His experience, attention to detail, and hands-on approach have made him a trusted partner for homeowners seeking distinctive, lasting results.

Licensed as a Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and OSHA certified, Rick remains actively involved throughout each project, working closely with clients, architects, and trade partners to bring every vision to life.

A Medford native, Rick has been married for 35 years and is the proud father of three daughters. When he's not on a job site, you'll likely find him out on the water boating — another passion that reflects his appreciation for craftsmanship, precision, and the outdoors.

Richard Catenacci serves as Vice President of Field Operations for RT Harris Custom Builders Inc. in the Greater Boston area, where he oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of exceptional custom homes. Drawing on decades of experience in residential construction, Richard is committed to ensuring every project reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, and client service.

Richard began his career as a trim carpenter and cabinet maker, developing a deep appreciation for fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. That hands-on experience continues to shape his leadership style today, allowing him to work seamlessly with homeowners, architects, designers, and skilled trades while maintaining a practical understanding of every phase of construction.

Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to excellence, Richard takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and guiding them through one of life's most significant investments. His focus on communication, problem-solving, and delivering an exceptional building experience has earned the trust of clients and colleagues throughout the Boston area.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys coaching his three children in youth lacrosse and football, where he values the opportunity to help young athletes grow both on and off the field. An avid outdoorsman, he is also passionate about waterfowl and deer hunting, appreciating the traditions, conservation, and time spent in the outdoors with family and friends.
